Notice is hereby given that:-

1. All the teachers should attend the school at 21B, Rani Shankari Lane, Kolkata 700026 and sign the Attendance Register to conduct their regular on-line classes from the school itself till further notice
2. Teachers should attend the school as per their own time schedule. Late marking will be put after Five (05) Minutes, Three days late attendance in a calendar month will be treated with C.L. deduction for a day.

TEACHERS TIMING FOR 21B RANI SHANKARI LANE:

Morning: 7.15 am to 1.15 pm

Day: 11.00 am to 5.00 pm

TEACHERS TIMOING FOR SONARPUR:

Morning: 9.00 am to 3.00 pm

Day: 11.00 am to 5.00 pm

3. Teachers should complete all their scheduled classes by Friday of every week positively and no class should be kept off or missed. However in case any class in a week is missed for any reason the same may be conducted on last day of the week i.e. Saturday, only after getting prior permission from the undersigned
4. On-Line classes even if taken from teacher’s home will be treated as ABSENT FROM SCHOOL

SCHEDULE OF MODULE TEST -1 —– 2021 – 2022

Time: 3.00 PM – 4.00 PM     Marks: 50

Note :

1. Students who have completed final admission formalities in class-XI having paid monthly fees up to the month of AUGUST 2021 are eligible to sit for above exam ONLY
2. There will be no RE – TEST after this Module Test – 1 Exam
